SIUAT Exam Guidelines

  1. Registration and Admit Card:
    • Candidates must register for SIUAT through the official Saroj International University website or designated portals within the specified deadline.
    • Upon successful registration, candidates will receive their admit cards containing important details such as test date, time, venue, and instructions.
    • Admit cards should be downloaded from the university’s website or received via email and brought to the test centre on the exam day.
  2. Arrival and Check-In:
    • Candidates should arrive at the designated test centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
    • Upon arrival, candidates will undergo identity verification procedures. They must present a valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) and the admit card for verification.
  1. Test Material:
    • Candidates should bring only essential items to the test centre, such as the admit card, photo ID, and writing utensils (pens, pencils, erasers).
    • Electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and any unauthorized materials, are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
  1. Test Conduct:
    • Candidates must follow all instructions provided by the test administrators throughout the duration of the exam.
    • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct during the exam will result in immediate disqualification, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
  1. Time Management:
    • The total duration of SIUAT and the time allocated for each section will be clearly communicated to candidates at the beginning of the exam.
    • Candidates should manage their time effectively to ensure they complete all sections within the allotted time limits.
  1. Answering Questions:
    • Candidates should read each question carefully and provide clear, concise answers.
    • For multiple-choice questions, candidates should mark their answers on the answer sheet provided, ensuring they fill in the circles completely and neatly.
    • Rough work should be done in the space provided in the question paper and not on the answer sheet.
  1. Submission of Answer Sheets:
    • At the end of the exam, candidates must submit their answer sheets and any other test materials to the designated test administrators.
    • Candidates should ensure that all responses are accurately recorded and that they have not left any questions unanswered.
  1. Post-Exam Procedures:
    • After the exam, candidates may be required to participate in post-exam activities, such as surveys or feedback sessions, to provide input on their testing experience.
    • Candidates should leave the test centre quietly and refrain from discussing the exam content with others to maintain exam integrity.
  1. Results and Admission:
    • The results of SIUAT will be evaluated by the admissions committee as part of the overall admissions process.
    • Candidates will be notified of their exam results via email or through the university’s official website within a specified timeframe.

These guidelines are intended to ensure a fair and organized conduct of SIUAT at Saroj International University. Candidates are encouraged to adhere to these guidelines and reach out to the university’s admissions office if they have any questions or concerns regarding the exam.
